- New account activation with two new lines required. New smartphone purchase with Flex Agreement required on both lines.
- Line must be a new line of service. Upgrades not eligible.
- At least one line must be a port-in.
- Tablets, Connected Wearables, Mobile Broadband, LTE Cameras, Accessories, or any other type of equipment not eligible.
- Customers cannot add an existing line from another account to qualify. Previously activated lines of service must be deactivated for a minimum of 60 days.
- Monthly service on the Unlimited Plus Plan required. Customers can mix and match the data tier for each line.
- Cellcom’s multi-line discount will not apply to the charged line.
- Lowest priced line on the account will receive the discount for 12 months.
- Maximum of one free line per account. After 12 months, the discount is removed.
- Both phones must remain active on the line of service to receive the promotional discount.
- If either line cancels within 12 months of activation, the promotional discount will be void.
- If either phone is upgraded prior to 12 months, the promotional discount will be void.
- If a third line is added to the account at a later date, the discount may be transferred to this line. This is if the new line is on an Unlimited Plus tier that is equal to or less than the free line.
- Market transfers, number changes and change of financials are not eligible.

- New 36-month Flex Agreement with monthly service on the Unlimited Plus Basic, Standard or Select tier, or a Legacy rate plan required.

- When combined with a device discount offer, the device discount will be applied first, followed by the trade-in discount. Device discounts combined with monthly trade-in discounts cannot exceed the amount of the monthly equipment installment payment.

- Trade-in must be your currently active device, in good working condition. Good working condition is defined as:
- Must turn on and off.
- Screen is free of cracks and functions correctly.
- Free of visible corrosion and water damage.
