Device Discount:

New 36-month Flex Agreement with monthly service required. New lines on Unlimited Plus Basic, Standard, Select and Legacy plans receive a device discount up to $150. Upgrades on these rate plans receive a device discount up to $100. All other customers receive a device discount up to $50.
- Full advertised credits are reflective of a 36-month Flex Agreement. A 24-month Flex Agreement is not eligible, and the offer would be forfeited.
Making modifications to monthly service may forfeit promotional discounts.
- If a customer moves to a plan that is not eligible for this offer, they will lose their original discount. However, if a customer moves to another eligible plan, they will keep their original discount.
Promotional credits are applied monthly for the term of the Flex Agreement or until the equipment balance is paid in full.
- Customer forfeits the offer if the device is upgraded or paid in full prior to the term of the Flex Agreement.
The device must remain active on the line of service until the Flex Agreement has been completed.
- If the device is damaged, lost or stolen before the line is eligible to upgrade, the promotional discount may be void.

Trade-in Discount:

New 36-month Flex Agreement with monthly service required. Unlimited Plus Select receives a trade-in discount up to $449.99 with a new line and $499.99 with an upgrade. Unlimited Plus Standard and Legacy plans receive a trade-in discount up to $150. All other customers receive a trade-in discount up to $50.
- Full advertised credits are reflective of a 36-month Flex Agreement. A 24-month Flex Agreement is not eligible, and the offer would be forfeited.
