  • Police report and/or police statements, including military or Tribal police, provided to magistrate or judge.

How can I manage the cost of a new plan after line separation?
  • You can choose any phone plan based on meeting eligibility requirements. Our customer care team will work with you to find the best plan to minimize costs and address your needs.
  • Lifeline plans are available to qualified survivors who are experiencing financial hardship.
