Who can participate in the referral program?
All Cellcom wireless and fixed customers excluding Lifeline and Prepaid PayGo accounts can participate in the Referral Program. This includes FWA services and all other Cellcom internet customers!

Do I have to be the account owner to refer customers to Cellcom?
No. All active lines on an eligible account can refer others to Cellcom. After discovering your unique referral code, easily share it with others via social media, email, or text message through our myReferrals portal.

How do I access myReferrals in myCellcom?

  1. Log into your myCellcom account and select myReferrals
  2. Choose I want to refer someone to Cellcom
  3. Enter your information and share your referral code with friends, family, or co-workers

How many people can I send my referral code to?
There is no limit to the number of unique referral codes you send out through the myReferrals portal. However, you may only receive a maximum of $1,000 in referral credits through the general referral program within a calendar year.

How will I know if my referral credit has been approved?
You will receive a text message confirming the referral credit has been applied to your account.

Important Information

$100 Referral: Offer available February 1st – February 28th

General program requirements: Receive a referral for new customer account activations. Your unique referral code must be generated prior to the new customer service start date. Referral must be entered within 30 days of the new account being activated. Credit not available for self-referrals and customers on Lifeline and Prepaid PayGo accounts. Referral credits will be applied to only the referring customer account after the new customer account remains active for a minimum of 30 days. Not redeemable for cash. Credit cannot be applied towards equipment purchases or to accounts having a past due balance. Referral credit will automatically be applied to eligible accounts. Prepaid customers on Full Replenishment may be moved to Remaining Replenishment for credit to be applied. The maximum credit for the general referral program is $1,000 annually. Program subject to change or discontinue at any time. Other restrictions apply.

February 1-28: $100 Referral

Existing customers receive $100 when they refer a new customer to Cellcom.

  • New Cellcom account with wireless or internet service subscription required for new customer. New smartphone or home phone replacement purchase with Flex Agreement required on wireless service.
    • Used and clearance devices are not eligible.
    • Advance Pay customers not eligible.
    • Select business accounts are not eligible for this promotion. Please check with your Cellcom rep to determine eligibility.
  • To qualify, the existing customer must have generated their unique referral code PRIOR to the new customer activating service.
    • Reactive code generation (generated after the activation) is still eligible for the standard referral program. Visit Cellcom.com/refer for more details.
  • Total promotional credits are applied per account, not per line.
  • One referral per new account. Customers cannot refer themselves.
  • New customer must activate a new account. Add a lines on existing accounts are not eligible.
    • Account must have been deactivated greater than 60 days to be eligible as a new account.
    • Customers who transfer the new account to an existing Cellcom account after activation are not eligible.
    • Customers who transfer an existing Cellcom line to their new account within 30 days after activation are not eligible.
  • Consumer accounts can receive a maximum of $1,000 annually.
  • All referrals must be completed within 30 days of activation.
  • Both accounts (referrer and referee) must be current and active to participate.
  • Market transfers, number changes and change of financials are not eligible.
