Safe Connections - Line Separation Request

In 2022, Congress enacted a law called the “Safe Connections Act of 2022” which established requirements concerning access to communication services for survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking and related harms. This Act allows survivors of these harms to separate a mobile phone line from an account shared with the abuser. The resulting rules and regulations can be found in 47 CFR 64, Part II (outlines rules and regulations for all federal agencies), and 47 U.S.C. 345 (outlines laws of the United States).

By checking this box, I am requesting relief under 47 U.S.C. 345 and 47 C.F.R. 64, Part II et. al.
