Who Is Eligible?

Current Customers without Device Protection:

  • If you don't currently have a device protection plan, this is your chance to get one.

Postpaid Lines:

  • Customers on postpaid lines are eligible for coverage.

Previous Claimants:

  • If you've exhausted all your claims, you can re-add coverage after waiting 30 days from your last claim's close date.

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD):

  • If you are a new customer and BYOD, you can still get coverage as long as your device meets the program required conditions.

Device Condition:

  • Your device must be in good working condition:
    • It powers on and off.
    • The screen is free of cracks and functions correctly.
    • The device and connecting ports show no visible corrosion or liquid damage.
    • The device and charging port are intact, without cracks, dents, or missing pieces.
