Choosing a wireless service provider is an important decision and we've implemented a program to ensure that you're completely satisfied with Cellcom's service and your phone selection. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with Cellcom's service, simply return the equipment within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.* You'll be responsible to pay for the service you've used (pro-rated monthly access fee, minutes of use, taxes and any other charges to your account). However, you will not be charged an early termination fee provided you return all equipment. If you do not return the equipment as required, you are responsible for paying the prorated monthly access fee, minutes of use, taxes, plus an early termination fee and any other charges to your account. All promotional and instant equipment credits will also be forfeited.
If you wish to cancel service after the 30 day time period and prior to the expiration of the contract term, you will be responsible for payment of the pro-rated monthly access fee, minutes of use, taxes, plus an early termination fee.
It may take between 45-60 days to process the return of your security deposit. Any remaining balance for service used on the account before the service termination date may be applied against the security deposit.

Customers returning new equipment within 30 days of the purchase will receive full credit or refund of the equipment purchased provided all of the original equipment is returned in "like-new" condition and the phone meets return requirements. In the event of an equipment purchase refund, you will receive payment in the form of your original payment (cash, check, credit card or gift card in the amount of a credit).
Cellcom reserves the right to deny a return, and charge a re-stocking or missing item fee.
If Cellcom must remove installed equipment from a vehicle, you will be charged a service fee. Original installation fees will not be returned.
In the event that you've downloaded software applications to your phone, you will not be reimbursed for such applications if the phone is returned. Downloaded applications cannot be transferred to another phone.
A phone cannot be exchanged if it has been subjected to neglect, misuse, water damage, wear and tear, or is in poor condition.
From time to time, a phone may malfunction as a result of a manufacturing defect. Cellcom will gladly work with you to determine the best course of action for your particular situation. In most cases, Cellcom is able to provide you with a loaner phone until your phone is repaired.
Cellcom is commited to assisting you to find the phone that is right for you. Within 30 days of purchase, you may exchange one wireless phone per new equipment upgrade or new line activation for any reason. To make an exchange or return, you'll need the following:

- Original phone box with UPC code and all components:

- Charger
- Battery
- Instruction manual
- Misc. (ear bud, belt clip, etc.)
All items must be in "like-new" condition. Accessories must also have original packaging. If a rebate has been submitted, the phone cannot be returned.
Cellcom will provide a full refund for your returned accessory. Simply return the item within 30 days with the original receipt. The returned accessory must be in "like-new" condition. Accessory return policy may vary by agent location.
Accessories purchased on Cellcom's web accessory store must be returned via the web return instructions.
Products with software must not be opened.
